excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas Week. In 2011/2012

and parents can choose as many sessions as they wish.
The morning session runs from 9am to
11:30am.
Lunch is 11:30am to 12:30pm.
The afternoon session runs from 12:30 to
3:00pm.
We also have further sessions from 8am to 6pm.
Foundation Admissions 3 - 4 year
olds
Is also available on a session basis (minimum 5 core sessions -
8 in the Summer term) but parents are asked to send their children
for full days as opposed to half days where possible as we do not
want children to miss out on whole-day activities.
Foundation Admissions 4 - 5 year
olds
Children are admitted into Upper Foundation in
the September after their fourth birthday as full-time
pupils. 20 places are available for our Reception class.
Assessment takes place prior to entry against the following
criteria:
Category 1: Children with a sibling at
Danesfield
Category 2: Children will be offered places
according to the date of their application
Families will be given two weeks to accept the
offer and return the Acceptance Agreement together with the Deposit
Fee of £500.00. If places are not accepted, we will move down the
list of registrations.
Years 1 - 6 Admissions
Places may be available in other year groups and parents are
advised to contact the school to ascertain the situation.
