We have a number of long-standing very committed members of staff who find that we provide them with a good working environment, including regular training and fresh challenges, which assists staff retention. Secondly, in the rare event that there is a vacancy we usually have several candidates on file who have written to ask for a job should one become available.

They must be interesting people, highly motivated and flexible team players who have a thirst for life and a good sense of humour. We expect our teachers to go the extra mile and not confine their work to the hours that the children are with them. Each teacher spends an equal amount of hours in preparation, attending meetings and training sessions.
